Character 2006 Family Membership Enrollment Recognition Items

The Character 2006 Family Membership Enrollment process is the annual opportunity for a parent to support the big picture of Scouting in Central Florida by making a pledge to Scouting. Again, this year our intention is to reach each parent through presentations at Pack, Troop, Team, Crew and Post gatherings from Dec 2005 through March 2006. Cub Scout parents will have the opportunity to participate at their son’s Pack meeting and Boy Scout parents traditionally pledge their support at a Troop’s Court of Honor. Team and Crew parents make their commitment at a meeting set up by the leader.

The Character 2006 presentations will make a dramatic impact on our ability to continue the implementation of the capital improvements for Camp La-No-Che at the Winn-Dixie Scout Reservation. Parents will have an opportunity to truly make a difference on the future of Scouting in Central Florida.
